Bloom

Bloom began with a dream. Sydne Garchik of MRK Partners set out to change the world, and together with Carlee Chiate, they founded a nonprofit to support people striving to change their lives in the face of real challenges. Two women, one mission: to help others thrive.

MRK owns more than 25 residential properties across the United States. Sydne knows that a home is often a person's largest asset and one of the most reliable ways to build wealth, and she wanted to help her residents reach that goal. Carlee and the Bloom team visit these properties to connect residents with educational opportunities, financial literacy resources, and programs that help them build savings. Bloom also funds scholarships for eligible residents working toward a high school diploma, as well as for those pursuing higher education.

We worked both locally and remotely with the Bloom team to develop a brand identity they could use to craft marketing materials from websites and flyers announcing application deadlines as well as “diplomas” for presenting the scholarship announcements.
